On the 2nd of March 2025, in the Week of Raw Lent, the remembrance of Adam's exile (Forgiveness Sunday), after the end of the divine service on the territory of the Cathedral of St. Sergius of Radonezh a traditional holiday dedicated to the end of Raw Week - Shrovetide was held.
The holiday turned out to be truly joyful and family friendly. Traditional Russian amusements were organised for the children: relay races, tug of war, sack race.
The parish centre hosted a tea party with aromatic tea from a real samovar. A special joy for the children was making pancakes - everyone was able to try their hand at this tasty and difficult task.
